Conditions for Returns & Replacement

  1. Product should be with
  2. Original Product Certificate.
  3. Original Copy of Invoice.
  4. Original Packaging & documentation.
  5. Original Lab certificates.
  6. Item(s) must be in their original, unused condition.
  7. Replacement for items are subject to inspection and checking by the Divineluster Gems team.

Note: Return shall not be considered, if any of above mentioned things are missing.

 

Return Policy

Return Policy for Loose Gemstones, Rudraksh, Readymade jewellery and other products

One can return the gemstone with 100% money paid after genuine below mentioned deduction for the gemstone within 7 days of receipt. Customer should inform us for return and replacement within 3 Days by giving a valid reason for return.

Important Notes:

  1. Shipping charges, Taxes and duties are not refundable and same shall be deducted.
  2. Restocking Fees will be 5% of invoice value and same shall be deducted.
  3. If One cancel the order after opting for paid certification, the charges for same certificate shall not be refundable and shall be deduct.
  4. Return shipment shall be at the customer’s cost.
  5. Payment Gateway charges of 5% shall be deducted.
  6. Returns approval shall take 7-10 business days to process at our end (From the receiving date of the product at our address). Please note that the credit card company / banks may take another week to reflect the refund amount in your account.
  7. For a refund, the customer has to return the product to the company within 7-10 days as per the above conditions so that we can show that product back on availability.

Return Policy for Customized Jewellery:

Any Customized Jewellery made on customers requirement like, Rings, pendents, Bracelets etc.

  1. Making charges of 30% on the total purchase price shall be deducted.
  2. Shipping charges, Taxes and duties are not refundable and same shall be deducted.

Replacement Policy

 In case customer wants to replace any purchased item, he need to return the item as per return policy and re-purchase the item again. In this case DLGems shall provide a 5% discount on new purchase as a Loyalty bonus. Customer to inform us for such purchase, we shall issue a discount coupon for the same. 

Cancellation Policy

 Order after shipping can not be cancelled, in that case customer need to return the item as per return Policy.

If customer cancel his order before dispatch the following deductions shall be applicable.

  1. Payment Gateway charges of 5% shall be deducted.
  2. In case customized jewellery, Making charges of 30% on the total purchase price shall be deducted.
  3. If One cancel the order in which he opted for paid certification, the charges for same certificate shall not be refundable and shall be deduct.

Dispute and applicable law

Any disputes regarding service, Return, Refund, Website, or Service agreements shall be Governed by the Law and the Courts only at Kashipur (Uttarakhand).
